I am in Europe - can I pay using Euros?
Yes, this site takes your payment in both EUR and GBP. Simply click the flag for your country on our home page and this will take you to our Euro fee area or our UK GBP area. We take payment via Debit/Credit card, or you can click to pay by invoice. Please note if you are using an invoice, your course is not able to be sat until payment is received.
What company shows on my invoice/Payment reference?
Our payment partner is Sound Solutions Marketing (SSM Xtralis), who look after the payments of our courses. Your invoice will show their name and information for payment. The SSM Xtralis team also answer our customer service emails and phone calls.
What happens after I have paid for my course?
After you have checked out and paid (credit or debit card) and received your order confirmation, you then need to go into your account in this website, and view your invoice in the order area. Download your invoice, and then upload it on the purchase page for required training on the Xtralis University Website.
If you have checked out to pay by invoice, please only upload the invoice into the Xtralis University website once it is actually paid. No course can be sat without payment. You will be sent an order confirmation once payment has been received.
Is VAT payable on the courses?
Yes, if you are booking a UK course, but not if you are booking a course in the EU.
Can I pay for more than one course?
Yes, you can select the quantity of courses, and add to your basket, and can click for different courses and add those
Do you share my information at all?

Should I sign to have contact after my order?
It is always useful to do this and say yes, incase of any changes or issues that may occur. We do not use your information for spamming, only advising on new courses and if any new ones have been added.
Can I have a refund of my order?
Due to you paying for an online course, this is non refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the UK.
